Product is good, wish I could give 5 stars
The product is great. I’m glad I made the purchase. The customer service is very very awful. You will never hear back from anyone when there’s a problem with your order despite emailing multiple times and your order might take MONTHS to get to you, even though that was not so stated while you were making your purchase. Both times I’ve ordered, I ordered at the beginning of the winter sports season but the items didn’t arrive until AFTER the season was already over. :(
Does not fit well
I have a size 9 shoe. The large keeps sliding off and the medium unhinges when I stretch it tight. The rubber is inconsistent and one side is more flimsy than the other. Kept them off at the slopes since they were inconvenient to keep on. I do not recommend!

They fit perfect per the size guide! Definitely a necessity if you want to easily go inside the lodge. In fact they should come with your skate purchase IMO. I skate with a small backpack/hydration pack on so I just put mine inside and keep them with me while on the slopes. Please remember to put them inside your bag and zip/tie it closed. This is my 2nd pair purchased because somehow, one of my guards bounced out of my mesh outside pocket and I was sad to realize I lost it. Thank goodness it only happened on the way to the car! Otherwise it would have been a sad day with no bathroom or food breaks without getting a wet sock lol.

It took awhile to get them do to the transition from the old models but they are definitely worth it. Excellent company in general.
